Thank you all for a wonderful year in first grade! Although we ended in a way that was not ideal, we can look back on this year with pride. First graders learn to be flexible thinkers and problem solvers. Boy, did they show their flexible thinking during remote learning! Students and their families stayed positive and worked hard, and I am so very grateful for that. I couldn't be more proud of all of you!
We will have our last zoom meeting at 9:00 this morning! We will read and share and say goodbye, ending by 9:25.
A note about Seesaw...
It is not clear how long Seesaw accounts will remain accessible. If there are things in your child's Seesaw journal that you would like to save (you can right click or click the three dots in the lower right-hand corner to save as an image), please do so as soon as you can. A lot of the activities would make nice additions to your First Grade Portfolio!
